Traci works closely with our financial advisors preparing financial plans and investment reports. She has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including corporate debt acquisition and credit fraud research and analysis.

- Traci is a native Iowan and is a life-long Big 10 football fan, particularly of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
- She is the busy mom to two active daughters, Milan and Evelyn, who enjoy spending time at the beach. She is also a pet mom to two dogs, Bear and Bruiser.
Client Service & Operations Specialist
With 30 years of customer service experience that includes a decade in the financial services industry, Kelley works closely with both clients and advisors. Her responsibilities include facilitating client onboarding, ongoing service support, transferring funds, and completing account documentation.
Personal
- Kelley was born and raised in Ohio, where she raised two sons and one daughter. Her oldest son moved to Los Angeles after high school and her middle son attended San Jose State and now resides in San Jose. When her daughter also left for California to attend San Diego State University, Kelley decided to leave Ohio behind and come to San Diego too. She doesn’t miss those cold Ohio winters one bit!
- On the weekends, you can usually find Kelley and her dog, Juno, at the beach, their favorite place.
